I just placed my order. What is the next step?

You should receive a confirmation email within the next hour (make sure to also check your spam folder if you've never received an email from us before). If you do not receive a confirmation email within this period, send us a message with your name and order number to info@innurahomeliving.com.

I accidentally entered the wrong address. What can I do?

If you entered the wrong address, send us an email to info@innurahomeliving.com to let us know. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address. If it has already been shipped, you must contact our carrier to change and redirect your order.

Can I cancel/make changes to my order after placing it?

While the order is not processed, you can make a change to your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we process orders very quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible via email.

How long will shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email. It should take approximately 3 to 7 business days.

If your order has not yet arrived, check your tracking number or send us an email to info@innurahomeliving.com with your order number, we will try to help you.

Where are INNURA products produced?

INNURA products are handmade in Portugal, produced by us. You can see our story in "About us".

Can I exchange or return my order?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
